1. Information we collect
- Account: your email address and name when you sign up
- ICP: the targeting criteria you configure for your CSV deliveries
- Subscription: billing identifiers stored by Paddle (we receive customer and subscription IDs only, not card data)
- Usage analytics: aggregated page views and product events via Google Analytics 4
- Email diagnostics: delivery and bounce events from our email provider, used to keep your account in good standing
2. How we use information
- To deliver your weekly CSV and product updates
- To respond to support requests sent to sunny@salesseam.com
- To improve product quality, scoring, and personalization
- To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
3. Data sources for leads
SalesSeam aggregates publicly available company hiring signals from career sites and applicant tracking systems. We do not scrape private databases, gated content, or personal social profiles.
4. Third parties
SalesSeam relies on the following processors. Each handles a well-defined slice of operations and is bound by their own data processing terms.
- Paddle: billing, subscription management, tax compliance
- Anthropic: large language model inference for first-line drafting
- Resend: transactional and CSV delivery email
- Apify: source data collection from public web sources
- Supabase: database, authentication, file storage (US region)
- Cloudflare: DNS, CDN, edge security
- Railway: web and worker hosting
- Google Analytics 4: usage analytics
5. Cookies
SalesSeam uses session cookies to keep you signed in and Google Analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can opt out of analytics in your browser settings or with a tracker-blocking extension; the product will continue to work normally.
6. Data retention
We retain your account and CSV history while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation, then delete it. Billing records are retained per Paddle's policies and applicable tax law.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR and similar privacy frameworks, you can request access, deletion, or export of your personal data. Email sunny@salesseam.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
8. Data security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (managed by Supabase). Access to production systems is limited to operators with two-factor authentication.
9. International transfers
SalesSeam processes data in the United States via Supabase and Anthropic. By using the service, you consent to your data being processed in the US.
10. Changes to this policy
We'll email customers at least 14 days before any material change to this policy.
