Data Processing Agreement

SalesSeam processes personal data on behalf of our customers in the course of delivering weekly prospecting CSVs. The categories of data, purposes of processing, retention periods, and sub-processors are described in our Privacy Policy. That document forms the operational baseline of our data handling.

Paddle.com Market Limited is our Merchant of Record. Paddle provides its own DPA covering payment-related data processing for end users. See paddle.com/legal/dpa.
